Robert Pattinson and Kristen Back together?

After hearing that Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have begun mending their relationship, it appears that the two are beginning to settle back into normal life, as a source close to the two tells us! Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson's relationship is reportedly "on" again after a brief break, prompted by Stewart's public admission of infidelity. Though their friends are said to doubt the reconciliation will last, RadarOnline reports that the couple is being encouraged to stick it out by the actress' mother, Jules Stewart.

According to the website, Stewart's mother was devastated when the cheating scandal erupted because she reportedly thinks of Pattinson as a son.

“Jules is the glue that’s keeping Kristen and Rob together,” a source close to the couple told the website. “It ripped her heart in two when she saw those pictures of Kristen in a compromising situation with Rupert [Sanders] -- and she couldn’t believe what her daughter had done."

According to the source, Jules has been intervening in the couple's relationship, trying to encourage Pattinson to forgive and forget Kristen's "momentary indiscretion."

"It is early days -- but if this reconciliation can bring Robert and Kristen back together, they’ll have Jules to thank,” the source explained, and added that the "Twilight" stars' relationship is a " a bit of a conundrum."

"Despite claims that all is rosy – he’s still not completely convinced that giving their relationship another chance is the right thing to do," the insider told RadarOnline.

Though Stewart's mother may be pushing the couple together, Pattinson's family is reportedly less than thrilled that he's taken her back. Pattinson's two sisters, Lizzy and Victoria, are said to have immediately come to his defense when they learned that Stewart cheated on their brother, and they don't approve of his decision to take Stewart back, because they believe "once a cheater, always a cheater." Via The Huffington Post
